 O Hands was established to give a personalised hand therapy service, we pride ourselves in offering a caring and specialised approach for each person.

Your hands matter. You matter. Injuries cannot be seen in isolation from the whole person. We each have certain things in life that we enjoy or simply have to do, whether it be to potter in the garden or play for our national sports team, and having an injury or disability impacts this. O Hands aims to help each person towards their goal of recovery.

O Hands is situated approx 200 meters from North Shore Hospital, Shore Care, Smales Farm, and many other medical services on Shakespeare Rd.

Hand Therapy is focused on assessment and treatment of any functional/activity loss of the upper limb with special focus on the elbow, forearm, wrist, thumb, palm, and fingers. Common injuries we see are post fracture, sprains, nerve injuries (eg:carpal tunnel), tendonopathies (including tennis elbow and de quervains), post surgical repairs (eg: tennis elbow releases, carpal tunnel release, trigger finger release, tendon repairs and nerve repairs).

We also create customised splints, casts and have braces ready to be fitted.
