  • No, we do not have a surcharge for ACC - New Zealand’s Accident Compensation Corporation - claims, so you will not have to pay out of pocket for therapy and splintage if your claim is registered with ACC.

    Contact us for help with accessing ACC to cover your injury treatment.

    There may be a small charge for dressing changes, bandages or tape it needed but patients will be advised of this at the time of the appointment and it will usually be under $10NZ.

  • You don’t need to see a doctor or specialist first before your appointment or treatment with us, we can help you with ACC paper work at your first appointment and ensure your treatment is covered.

  • The cost of the initial 30-minute appointment is $120.00 with subsequent appointments billed as a follow up at $80 for 30 minutes.

    There may be an additional cost for a brace or splinting if deemed necessary to help recovery.

    If you are a Southern Cross Health insurance member Easy Claim is available for your convenience.

  • Yes, we work with North Shore Hospital and the District Health Board to support you after any elective surgery performed at the hospital

  • Yes, we can provide Telehealth consults via Whatsapp videocall, Skype or Zoom
